Syntax highlighting

A syntax highlighting extantion for Visual Studio Code can be found on the `marketplace <https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=apicici.hurdy>`_, with the source available in a `git repository <https://codeberg.org/apicici/hurdy-vscode-extension>`_. The source should be easily adaptable to other editors that use the TexMate format for syntax highlighting.
